Sort of. Most of my medical experience is from books.

[ just in the sense he's a healer. he doesn't seem like much of a god-botherer in the other definition of it, but what does he know. ]

What kind of books do you collect?

If you're referring to my profile, then it's a terrible summary. It's mostly one book, and it's less of a book than a journal. A collection of notes. It was quite interesting, however.

What about it was so interesting? Was it written by someone you know?

It taught me quite a lot about how this world works, and more about how perhaps it should work. I didn't know them - it was written by a mage long before my time. But it did introduce me to quite a few more interesting people.

Eunhyuk looks up, locks eyes with Lucien, and registers all three 'whats']

...Was I thinking out loud just now?

[ yeah its fine. ]

Why are you shoving gum in the-- [ looks at it. ] Thing?

[ he seems to be seriously questioning if he actually cares about the fate of the ship's property, but. might as well ask. ]

You make it sound like I'm a rebel.

I'm trying to find different places I can store caches of food in. In case of an emergency.

he blinks at him, then back at the jukebox.... He has a point.]

[ he debates for a second, before huffing out. after a brief moment, he looks up at the top shelves of the bar. ]

... Find a chair. Something I can stand on.

[there is an emotional blip of ? for a moment

then Eunhyuk goes to get a solid, stable chair and moves it close to the bar.]

[ he'll give him a look up and down that is full of distrust, but then he'll climb up on the chair - starting to move bottles on the top shelf. holding out a hand back down. ]

Your food. Give it.

[Ah.

Eunhyuk will hand over a small receptacle of assorted gummies and ig jerky is in there too.]

[he's still a little surprised, but it's accompanied by a shift, like his perception's shifting a little]

[ he shoves it behind the bottles then starts replacing them - you can't see the package once everything is back in place, seemingly. climbing down off the chair. ]

No one ever looks up.

[ hey. well. lucien is chainsmoking on the observation deck, pacing around the room again. it's probably deeply frustrating to watch. ]

The blood always starts at some point.

[eunhyuk watches him, but his emotions aren't frustrated at all even as lucien keeps pacing, and are instead calm.]

Were you in the lounge last night?
