Callisto's brother.

He asked me for a favor: he would like his body found. Or that is what I assume, he mostly communicated in small pictographs. With his mouth.

He didn't seem to know where it is or even necessarily a possible location - when I asked if perhaps it was simply left in the stasis pods like other corpses, he seemed to ... have trouble communicating, as if there was some sort of block.

I imagine we should keep this to ourselves, and most importantly, very far away from Callisto. He should not learn of this and you should take care speaking of it where it is possible he will hear.

I've no idea. I haven't had a chance to go peeking around myself, it's been a busy few days.

A few things to keep in mind are that he also mentioned Callisto - the one that we know - was not on this ship originally. He does not remember when he arrived, though I suspect that it would be quite a coincidence if it did not line up with when bizarre things began happening.

I believe he and his brother look very much alike, though I don't have all of the details. I suppose if you run across any mysterious corpse you don't recognize, we'll have cause for suspicion anyway.

...I feel as though we would have easily seen a corpse, but nothing is as it ever seems on this ship. [ a little deadpan but. you kno ] I suppose that the ship could have hidden it from us, or something similar... not unlike the datapads. Perhaps he's buried under the soil, or something.

Someone I spoke to offered to share his contact information with me, to send his brother letters. It would count towards one of our letters of the week, but it might be helpful.

As for Callisto himself, I've heard he is the only one who potentially remembers what happened to the crew. It does seem to line up, doesn't it?

So I agree it might be somewhere in life support, but what does that actually mean?

I looked around with Amalthea but there wasn't much there other than a couple of alien-like flowers.

I'm not sure. [ thinky... ] Callisto told me that he's not human and he was born on a spaceship. He's been searching for his brother for a while...he implied that they fought and his brother disappeared and he's been searching since.

When I spoke to him, last week, he seemed to be primarily concerned with finding his brother and trying to solve what happened to the original crew because of that specific tie-in. But there has to be a reason we're being told not to tell him his brother's...memory? I guess? Is still here.

Perhaps true enough but when he made the request, the images were of body parts, so that is worth keeping in mind.

I think sometimes they are guessing as much as we are - but Hydroponics came from perhaps the information we have about flowers and the sweet-smelling haze as being important.

Shoma and I talked about thinking the haze is preventing us from seeing what this ship really is.
